Learn the secrets of Italian Pizza tradtion. Guided by a master pizza chef, you will prepare a perfect dough and challenge your peers in the most creative topping.
In this pizza-themed team cooking experience, participants will be introduced to the art of pizza making by a master pizza chef and storyteller, who will not only show them the various steps involved in creating the dough, but also reveal the secrets of the trade.
Creating the dough. While listening to the story and watching the demonstration, each participant will have their own workstation, individual kit, and ingredients to create their own dough from scratch. Next, each participant will roll out their pizza and top it with a selection of refined and original ingredients to best complement the dough.
Lunch or dinner. The experience will conclude with a convivial and informal lunch or dinner featuring the freshly cooked pizzas.
