Italian Cooking Lesson: Verona’s Pasta Frolla

Guided by a professional Chef you’ll learn how to bake Verona’s Pastafrolla! Pastafrolla is the typical cake of Santa Lucia which is never missing in the menu of holidays and in the windows of the pastry shops of the city. We’ll be guided by an expert professional Chef wo will welcome us in his restaurant or at his home and will show us how to bake these tasty cookies which free a marvellous fragrance of vanilla and and lemon peel.

In the end we’ll conclude our experience with a tasty snack with the ready cookies.
