For you, the grown-up Italian food lover, we offer cooking classes in small groups to give you the chance, well supervised by an experienced chef, to put your hands to the dough, immersed in the wonderful atmosphere of a Veneto villa.

Our local chef will introduce you to the philosophy of Italian cuisine and share with you the secrets of the local culinary tradition, special ingredients and family recipes. Step by step you will discover together how to prepare a complete Italian meal, from appetizer to dessert with the freshest ingredients depending on the season, as the tradition of good cooking dictates.

You will conclude the experience by savouring the delicacies you have prepared: first with an aperitif together with cicchetti and hors d’oeuvres paired with an excellent Prosecco Docg and then with lunch based on the dishes you have prepared, paired with local wines.

• A farm in Polesine – Rovigo
  Located in the Veneto region on the edge of Polesine. The central villa and its superb original portico were completely restored in 2003. The work, which lasted 15 years, brought to light the 16th century palace, which was built on the ruins of an ancient medieval castle destroyed around 1100 in the battles between Ferrara and Venice.
• Farm in the Euganean Hills – Padua
  A farm located in Veneto in the heart of the Euganean Hills. You will be able to observe the landscape and admire the Berici Hills lulled by the gentle sounds of nature.
  A 15th century villa in the countryside of Padua – Padova
  A 15th century villa immersed in the green of a romantic park: here you can enjoy the atmosphere of country life in the past, between art and architecture, history and landscape, excellent food and friendly hospitality.
• Cooking Class in the centre of Verona – Verona
  Learn the secrets of cooking at an excellent cookery school in the centre of Verona. A local chef with long experience and great passion will guide you through the discovery of fresh pasta and desserts. You will conclude the experience with a shared lunch paired with some local Valpolicella wines.
• A farm in the Prosecco Hills – Treviso
  A farm in the Veneto near Venice nestled in the Prosecco hills. You will be able to admire the view of the Prosecco hills, decorated with many rows of Prosecco, in the natural amphitheatre between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, a stone’s throw from the Dolomites.

EXPLANATIONS DURING THE TOUR: only touristic guides can and are allowed to explain the monuments, the city and the museums. Accompaniers just help you in case you need it or take you to the most beautiful places chosen for your tour.

OPENING TIMES OF THE MONUMENTS: Some monuments are not always open. If you are interested in visiting a special monument, tell us in the moment of request of quotation. In case you don’t asked us, the agency cannot be retained as responsible.

TRANSFER SERVICES: The transfer service for the client, if done with the Minivan of the agency, is included as a transfer service for free and carried out for courtesy only in order to full fill the necessities of the tour. 

WEATHER: The tour takes place even in case of bad weather. If the tour is cancelled it is to protect your safety. The tours to Venice take place even in case of high water.

LANGUAGES SPOKEN DURING THE TOURS: Tours could be held in multiple languages at the same time.

RESPECT FOR TIMETABLES AND GROUPS: With the confirmation of the tour, you accept the timetable indicated in the program. In order to have an above-board tour, it will not be possible to change the timetable except it is a decision of the tour leader.
