With the shoe workshop team building you will have the opportunity to live an educational experience through the art and craftsmanship typical of the shoe district of the Riviera del Brenta.
As the centuries-old Venetian tradition dictates, the Villa in which you will be welcomed is located along the banks of the Riviera del Brenta in the area between the two bordering provinces of Padua and Venice.
A strategic point at the time of the Serenissima, as it allowed to intercept cloth merchants between Padua and Venice, draw inspiration from oriental merchants and catch the fashions of the moment.
Venetian nobles had a real passion for high-class footwear. Already in 1268 in this area there is evidence of the first shoemaking activities, represented by the Scuola dei Calegheri Veneziani. It is a corporation of the art of shoemakers specialized in the production of footwear much sought after by Venetian nobles.
Along the decades, the area has continued the tradition of shoe making until modern times, with the birth of the district of Venetian footwear. The district has specialized in the production of high quality and luxury shoes, especially for women, even under the name of the most prestigious “griffes” of international high fashion.
In one of the most beautiful villas of the Riviera del Brenta, you will be guided in this Team building shoe workshop. You will give vent to your creativity, creating an object that reflects an identity, a desire, a dream, a memory, allowing mutual understanding through individual work.
With the team building workshop of shoes you will have the opportunity to live an educational experience. Free your inspiration through art, craftsmanship, architecture promoting the development of creative strategies, both of the individual and the group and find new motivational and productive stimuli.
You will also be accompanied through the rooms of the footwear Museum inside the villa, where you can draw inspiration from the over 1500 models of shoes on display. An in-depth study will be dedicated to the tile “The Christmas Last” created by Andy Warhol in 1956 with tempera colors, thanks to which you can understand the work of sculpture that awaits you.
You can customize a wooden form from the shoe factory using tempera, accessories and fabrics and at the end of the visit bring with you the fruit of your work.
