TOURS WITH MEETING POINT: In case of a meeting point at the tour location, it is necessary to communicate an active mobile phone number which will be given to the guide/escort. If you cannot find your guide/escort, please call +39 3339945288. If you do not contact us, our agency cannot be held responsible and no refund will be made if the tour is not carried out.
TRANSFER SERVICE: The transfer service of the client, when requested and if operated with the Agency’s own means, is intended as a courtesy service and is carried out completely free of charge and limited to the operational needs of the tour.
WEATHER: in case of rain, the event may be rescheduled. If this is not possible, a voucher will be provided which can be spent within 1 year of issue.
CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANIZER: The skipper reserves the right to cancel the tour for reasons related to the safety of guests.
LANGUAGES SPOKEN DURING THE TOURS: Group tours may be conducted in several languages simultaneously.
RESPECT FOR TIMETABLES AND GROUPS: By confirming your tour booking you accept the timetable indicated in the programme; in order to ensure that the tour runs smoothly, it will not be possible to change the timetable unless the tour leader decides to do so.
