09:30 Transfer from your villa to Valpolicella
10:15-12.00 Visit to an olive oil mill next to Valpolicella. During the tour you will visit the olive tree yards, the modern and the historical mill, you will be introduced to the production techniques and finally will have a taste of the different olive oils.
12:30-15:00 Visit to a local winery where you will be introduced to the production of Amarone and the unique characteristics of this wine area. You will visit the cellar and the wine yards and finally you will have a guided tasting of five glasses (including Ripasso and Amarone) paired with local cheese and cold cuts platter.
15:00 Return to the Villa
Price per person: 260€, based on min. 16 pax attending. Cost includes olive oil tasting, Valpolicella wine tasting including light lunch, round-trip transfer with three minivans (7h at disposal).
