EXPLANATIONS DURING THE TOUR: Only the licensed tourist guide can explain the city, monuments and museums. The tour guide will only provide assistance and accompany you to the most beautiful spots of the place chosen for your tour.
MONUMENTS OPENING: some monuments are not always open. If you are interested in visiting a specific place it is necessary to indicate it to the agency at the time of the estimate request. Otherwise, our agency cannot be held responsible for not visiting the monument.
TOURS WITH MEETING POINT: In case of meeting at the place of the tour it is necessary to communicate an active mobile phone number which will be given to the guide/escort. If you cannot find the guide/escort, please call +39 3339945288. If you do not contact us, our agency cannot be held responsible and no refund will be made if the tour is not carried out.
TRANSFER SERVICE: The transfer service for the client, when requested and if operated with the Agency’s own means, is intended as a courtesy service and is carried out completely free of charge and limited to the operational needs of the tour.
WEATHER: the tour will take place even in bad weather conditions unless the agency decides otherwise in order to protect your safety. In the case of Venice, we remind you that the tour will also be carried out when there is high water.
LANGUAGES SPOKEN DURING THE TOURS: Tours may be conducted in more than one language at the same time.
RESPECT FOR TIMETABLES AND GROUPS: By confirming your tour booking you accept the timetable indicated in the programme; in order to ensure that the tour runs smoothly, it will not be possible to change the timetable unless the tour leader decides to do so.
SPORTING TOURS: In order to protect your safety, the tour leader reserves the right to cancel your tour reservation in the event of bad weather, inappropriate behaviour, unsuitable clothing or lack of skill in the use of sports equipment.
