Cancellation terms:
Total prepayment for confirmation. 30% cancellation fee after confirmation, 100% cancellation penalty for cancellations starting from 30 days before the experience.
TOURS WITH MEETING POINT: if meeting at the tour location, you must provide a valid cell phone number, which will be given to the guide/tour leader. If you are unable to find the guide/tour leader, call +39 3339945288. If you do not contact us, our agency cannot be held responsible and no refund will be given if the tour is not completed.
MONUMENT OPENING HOURS: Some monuments are not always open. If you are interested in visiting a specific place, you must notify the agency when requesting a quote. Otherwise, our agency cannot be held responsible for the failure to visit the monument.
TRANSFER SERVICE: The customer transfer service, when requested and if operated with the Agency’s own vehicles, is a courtesy service and is provided completely free of charge and limited to the operational requirements of the tour.
WEATHER: The tour will take place even in bad weather unless the agency decides otherwise to protect your safety. In the case of Venice, please note that the tour will also take place in the event of high water.
RESPECT FOR TIMETABLES AND GROUPS: By confirming your tour booking, you accept the timetable indicated in the program; in order to ensure the smooth running of the tour, it will not be possible to change the timetable unless decided by the tour leader.
