Just a short trip from Padua and surrounded by the landscapes of Veneto, Treviso is a beautiful historic town that is easy to fall in love with. Instead of the crowds you may find in Venice, Treviso offers a more relaxed Italian atmosphere: narrow streets, elegant buildings, arcaded walkways, small bridges, canals, lively piazzas, and locals going about their everyday lives.

The city is also closely connected to one of the most famous Italian desserts in the world: tiramisu, developed in Treviso in the early 1970s.

Our walk will take us to the heart of Treviso’s historic center, a small treasure trove of history and architecture crisscrossed by water. We’ll stroll through the streets of the center, past ancient palaces, arcades, and squares, discovering the city’s most distinctive spots. We’ll follow the course of the canals and the Sile River, encountering particularly picturesque views, small bridges, and colorful facades reflected in the water.

But the true highlight of the walk will be a treat for the taste buds. We’ll step into a Treviso pastry shop to sample tiramisu and learn more about the history of this dessert, which has become one of the symbols of Italian cuisine around the world.

📍 From Padua. Staying in Padua? We’ll take care of the transportation. We’ll pick you up directly at your hotel or B&B with our minivan, or at the nearest spot outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL). At the end of the tour, we’ll take you back to your hotel. No cars, no parking, and no planning—just enjoy the tour.

• From the calendar, select your desired date. Available dates are green.
• Select the time*:
  For departures from Abano Terme and Montegrotto, select: 9:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m.
  For the meeting point in Padua, select: 9:00 or 2:00 PM.
• Once you’ve selected the time, click “Add to Cart” and then “Go to Cart.”

• How long does the tour last? From Padua, Abano, and Montegrotto, the tour lasts about 6 hours.
• Is transportation included? Yes. From Padua, Abano, and Montegrotto, pick-up and drop-off directly at your hotel in our minivan are included.
• Will the tour still take place if it rains? Yes, the experience goes ahead even in the rain. For the walk, we recommend bringing an umbrella, a windbreaker, and appropriate shoes.
• Can I participate if I have special dietary needs? If you have food allergies or intolerances, we recommend letting us know at the time of booking so we can check in advance with the venue hosting the tasting to see what options are available. The traditional tiramisu recipe contains various allergens, including milk, eggs, and gluten-containing grains, and it cannot be adapted; however, we may be able to offer a different tasting option.
• Can this experience be organized for groups or companies? Yes. The experience can also be offered to groups and companies, with the option to create customized packages based on the number of participants and the group’s needs. Email us at: info@lovivo.it.

EXPLANATIONS DURING TOURS: Only a licensed tour guide may provide explanations about the city, monuments, and museums. The tour escort, on the other hand, provides assistance and accompanies you to the most beautiful spots in the location chosen for your tour. TRANSFER SERVICE: The customer transfer service, when requested and if operated using the Agency’s own vehicles, is provided as a courtesy and is limited to the operational needs of conducting the tour. For packages that include train tickets: In the event of a public transportation strike, please contact us for alternative solutions or to cancel. If no alternatives are available, we will cancel the tour and issue a refund in advance. The cost of any train tickets already purchased will be retained and will not be refunded. WEATHER: The tour will take place even in bad weather unless the agency decides otherwise to ensure your safety. LANGUAGES SPOKEN DURING TOURS: Tours may be conducted in two languages simultaneously.
