    Team Building Lego Serious Play is a method aimed at developing thinking, communication and solving complex business management problems through the use of Lego construction play.

    The goal of Lego Serious Play Team Building is to foster creative thinking through team building activities based on the use of LEGO bricks to create metaphors for one’s organizational identity and experiences. Participants will work through imaginary scenarios using LEGO bricks. For this reason, the activity is referred to as “serious play.”

    The method is described as “a passionate, hands-on process for building trust, engagement, and understanding.” The approach is based on the idea that learning that involves the use of mental and manual activities will produce a deeper and more meaningful understanding of the world and its possibilities, causing participants to develop the skills to communicate more effectively, to appeal more readily to their imaginations, and to approach their work with greater confidence, commitment, and insight. 

    Lego Serious Play Team Building lasts one afternoon and is divided into various types of applications based on the staff who will participate in the team building. Below are the various types:

    REAL TIME IDENTITY FOR YOU – Personal Development

    Aimed at team members who share the same role in the organizational structure.

    The workshop will enable participants to:
    – better understand themselves with respect to their colleagues and with respect to the organization in which they work
    – understand how to be a value bearer
    – transform an organizational role into a corporate identity.

    Participants will have the opportunity to
    – improve the level of awareness of their own and others’ roles
    – Learn a better way to communicate

    Aimed at team members with different roles in the organizational structure engaged in cross-company projects or activities.

    The workshop aims to unlock the potential of each team quickly and deeply.
    The structure of the process will orient individuals towards a truly integrated team in which they can share ideas with transparency by increasing their awareness, allowing participants to get to know each other better and transforming a group into a team.

    Participants will have the opportunity to:
