The experience includes:
1-Pick-up by minivan from your hotel in Abano/Montegrotto or Padua (depending on the rate chosen)

TOURS WITH A MEETING POINT: If you are meeting at the tour location, you must provide a valid mobile phone number, which will be given to the guide/tour assistant. If you are unable to find the guide/escort, please call +39 3339945288. If you do not contact us, our agency cannot be held responsible and, in the event that the tour does not take place, no refund will be issued.
MONUMENT OPENING TIMES: some monuments are not always open. If you wish to visit a specific site, you must inform the agency at the time of requesting a quote. Otherwise, our agency cannot be held responsible for the monument not being visited.
TRANSFER SERVICE: The customer transfer service, when requested and if operated using the Agency’s own vehicles, is provided as a courtesy and is carried out entirely free of charge, subject to the operational requirements of the tour.
WEATHER: The tour will go ahead even in bad weather, unless the agency decides otherwise in the interests of your safety. Please note that in Venice, the tour will go ahead even during high water.
LANGUAGES SPOKEN DURING THE TOURS: Tours may be conducted in several languages simultaneously.
TIMETABLES AND GROUPS: By confirming your tour booking, you accept the timetables indicated in the programme; to ensure the tour runs smoothly, it will not be possible to change the timetables unless the tour leader decides otherwise.
