Accompanied by the Local Tour Leader, you will enter the heart of the Euganean Hills to discover the best wine production in the area through visits to three renowned wine cellars. Here, the particular volcanic origin of the soil and the favourable climate allow for the cultivation of a variety of vines: Serprino, a biotype of the Glera vine, is the ‘volcanic’ version of Prosecco, but also Pinot bianco, Garganega and Chardonnay are among the most common whites, not forgetting the presence of Manzoni bianco. The reds include the Bordeaux varieties Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Carmènere. Between a walk through the vineyards, a visit to the barrel cellar and various wine tastings combined with typical local products, we will listen to the knowledgeable story of the winemakers who will tell us about all the expressions of their best wines.

Departure, with the accompaniment of the Local Tour Leader, towards Treviso and the Prosecco production areas, in fact, the Marca Trevigiana is known above all for its great wine production: this will be followed by tastings in three representative wineries of the area, naturally dedicated to the Veneto bubbles par excellence, those of Prosecco!
As you move through the rolling hills of the DOCG Prosecco di Conegliano Valdobbiadene, in these lands that have always been a precious treasure chest of natural, artistic and architectural treasures to be discovered, you will grasp the intimate rhythms of an area that still knows how to pulsate on a human and natural scale.
All around you, surrounding you, are the vines that, with centuries of patience, await the encounter with the sun and assist in the solemn alternation of the seasons, colours and flavours. In this place, the people love their roots and have maintained a taste for tradition and the pleasure of hospitality and meeting people, together with a rich palette of food and wine.
You will have the opportunity to discover the internationally renowned product made from the Glera grape variety, straw yellow in colour with luminous reflections that vary from pastel shades to golden hues. You will appreciate the complexity of the floral and fruity scents and the harmonious and elegant flavour, of great softness and freshness, characterised by a light and fine perlage.

Day 4 of the Veneto wine tour takes you to visit an important winery in the Valpolicella area, from the cellar to the vineyards, accompanied by the winemaker or oenologist of your choice who will be able to satisfy every little curiosity. In the winery you will delight your senses by tasting at least 4 local wines (including the famous Amarone) accompanied by delicacies of the local gastronomy.
Afterwards, departure for Soave where the next wine-tasting in the cellar awaits you: these hills of tufaceous soil of volcanic origin have created an ideal symbiosis of environment and vine for the production of great quality white wines. The Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes that grow on this land are indispensable for the production of the famous Soave DOC, Soave Classico DOC, Soave Superiore DOCG and Recioto di Soave DOCG wines.
